iTech can remotely connect to your PC, Laptop, Mac, Server or Mobile Device anywhere in the world *as long as it is connected to the internet. This means our engineers can work on your computer as if they are sat in front of it, moving the mouse and using the keyboard to help resolve your problems.
Option One. If you are already a client of ours and have agreed to use our remote monitoring tool then we have already installed the remote access software. This means that at the click of a button and with nothing required from you, we can remotely access your desktop and begin diagnosing the problem straight away.
Option Two. If our tools are not already installed then by simply clicking on the 'login' tab above, entering your name under iTech Remote Desktop and pressing the the 'Connect to iTech Support', we can be connected to you in a matter of minutes.
