James is a director and co-founder of iTech. With a university background in Statistics and Economics, James made the transition into the IT sector 8 years ago enjoying success within small independent companies, a multi-national organisation and varied ecommerce ventures. Project management, systems architecture and ROI solution provision are key areas of interest.

Nick is the iTech Operations Manager. After leaving college he spent some time in the US returning to complete his Microsoft accreditations in the late 90's. Nick spent some time doing IT support for various companies in the city finally ending up as IT manager of a leading town planning agency. Looking to expand his horizons Nick moved to Ethiopia and then onto Nigeria, working as Project Manager on various IT projects for the governments of both countries. Family committments brought him home and to iTech.

Carl is a director and co-founder of iTech. Originally an accountant for a casino and resorts organisation, the move to an American Financial Software company created his passion for technology. Carl successfully completed a degree in Computer Science and has 15 years experience of IT and is a published IT journalist with a regular column in a business magazine. He specialises in Finance Software, Operations, Microsoft server / desktop, Microsoft Office applications, and has managed / supported Call Centre software and telephone systems.

Russell is a Senior Systems Engineer at iTech. With an impressive 13 year background Russ is an accomplished engineer. As a Specialist Consultant to the Education Sector he provided ICT solutions and managed large scale systems installations for schools and colleges across the UK. Russell later transitioned into R&D, where at the forefront of new technology, he thrived at the challenge of developing high performance gaming laptops designed for the niche consumer. His business intelligence includes network infrastructure and software management, disaster recovery operations and support system implementation.
